Villa Stoa is a charming villa designed in simple and bohemian styles, offering direct access to a tranquil beach, breathtaking sea views, and a private swimming pool. It can accommodate groups of up to 8 people with its 4 comfortable bedrooms.
The villa is spread across two levels. The main house contains three bedrooms, while the fourth is a fully equipped guest house featuring a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living room.
On the main level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a smart TV and fireplace, a bathroom, and the master bedroom with stunning sea views. Additionally, there is a small balcony at the back of the building furnished with outdoor furniture. This level opens up to a spacious outdoor area that includes a dining table, leading to the garden and the swimming pool.
The lower level of Villa Stoa features two en-suite bedrooms, each with a double bed. The outdoor area boasts a large veranda with a dining table, which extends into the Mediterranean garden and the swimming pool. A small path from the garden leads directly to the beach, while the garden is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and comfortable seating areas.
